2007 Chardonnay
The 2007 Chardonnay release is a medium-bodied wine exhibiting citrus-laced aromas of vanilla and whipped cream with a touch of oak. Its creamy and custard-like mouthfeel is complimented with vibrant flavors of crushed pineapple, baked pear and a splash of lemon. It is a very food-friendly wine, pairing well with cheeses, nuts, chicken, fish and pork dishes.
